I spent 8 years raising our kids, but my health slipped, and I reached 275lbs. After our final baby, I decided to change my lifestyle. I started with walking, then group fitness, and weight training. When I joined ASK, I still had 60 pounds to lose. There, I discovered CrossFit, pursued a 200hr RYT Yoga Certification, and began personal training with Samantha. ASK became a second home, and with the support of staff and members, I lost 105lbs and continue working towards new goals!
When a person goes through life and wants something, the only thing they can do is take it. This is done by taking the proper steps and precautions when doing so. In my fitness journey one of the steps I took was to join ask fitness, from the awesome staff to the well maintained equipment, ask was the perfect environment for me to reach my full potential. Craig Kraft

Born and raised in Minot, Craig graduated from minot state university with a BS in corporate fitness and a minor in business management. Craig has been instrumental in growing this successful locally owned fitness facility from the ground up since its inception in 2005. His extensive experience with sports performance training, as well as personal fitness training adds a professional dynamic that keeps his clients, and athletes in peak phisical condition!
With 2 decades of experience personal training every walk of life, both men and women, Youth, elderly, and the disabled, Along with extensive experience in sport’s performance training, and post-op ACL/MCL recovery bridge protocols to get athletes back to there respective sports

Liam Nelson

Liam Nelson is a graduate from Minot State University with a B.S in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management.
Liam began his practicum hours with ASK Fitness in the Sprint of 2021. He loved the atmosphere in the group kinetics setting as well as training his clients. After completing his practicum hours, Liam was hired at ASK and continued to train both athletes and clients.
Terry Cox
Personal Trainer
I have used resistance training for fitness and well being for over 37 years. In 2009 I competed in the INBA/PNBA sanctioned Arizona Copper Classic bodybuilding competition. I placed first in Masters, Overall Masters, Heavyweight Novice, and was awarded best posing routine. While my experience in bodybuilding is not vast, it is enough to make me appreciate the discipline and dedication it takes to do well.
I also have over 18 years’ experience training occupational athletes in the Fire Service. As a training Chief, part of my job was to run firefighter academies and prepare candidates for the grueling physical challenges of structural firefighting and rescue.
Through my own experiences with physical training and seeing the benefit reaped by others, I developed a passion for resistance and functional training.
In 2022, I attained a personal trainer certification through ISSA and have been training clients since. I am a firm believer in resistance training for overall health at any age or experience level. It brings me great satisfaction to help people realize their health and fitness goals, and to see the accomplishments possible through goal setting, determination, and hard work.
Lexus Williamson
Personal Trainer
A South Dakota native, Lexus Williamson relocated to Minot, ND, in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is employed as a federal law enforcement officer.
In 2017, Lexus began her physical fitness journey, successfully transformed her lifestyle from sedentary to active, and lost over 70 pounds. Lexus has experienced the struggles associated with fitness, nutrition, and weight loss. Her passion for physical fitness and helping others prompted her to join the ASK Fitness team.
Lexus is studying with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as pursuing professional bodybuilding with the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders Federation.
Lexus prides herself in tailoring her training techniques to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of her clients. Her education and experience in behavior modification will help you reach your fitness goals.
Derek Schneider
Personal Trainer
Derek Schneider is an electrician turned physical trainer and nutritionist. He has trained a number of clients online and now plans to take his certifications and experience and hit the gym floor at ASK Fitness. He focuses on helping his clients create a relationship with fitness that promotes a healthy mind and body because he believes that without our mental and physical health, we have nothing.
